It seems you are on an Ubuntu desktop but don't have ubuntu-desktop
installed, and it can't figure out that ubuntu-desktop is supposed to be
the right package that should be installed.

  When upgrading to 25.04, an error modal is presented with a title
  "Cant' install ''" and message "It was impossible to install a
