Title:
Daily questing quokka hangs with cp command

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:

  Hello,
This is a bit like problem #2110555. https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/coreutils/+bug/2110555

After a few minutes, the display stops updating.

But the Ubuntu daily version is more recent, and this happens in an
  encrypted LVM partition.

Furthermore, I left the system running.

So I notice that running the cp command causes the screen to lose
control for about 90 minutes. It's then necessary to reconnect; the
screen works for a few minutes, then you have to wait another 90
minutes and repeat the same process until the cp command completes.

I would like to point out that when running this cp command (same
sending partition, same receiving partition) in version 24.04.2, it
behaves normally. Only slowdowns are visible.
