  required package prevents upgrade to 25.04

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Requiered package prevents me from upgrade to 25.05 standard GNOME
  desktop. Aborted the operation when I read "required package". Might
  be connected to that there were 4 packages held back during a normal
  upgrade due to phasing.
