report, as otherwise it is hard to figure out which error you are
reporting. That being said, this looks to be a duplicate of bug 2110594
from the log file (but we can't be sure this is the error you are
reporting, i.e. you may have seen a second error).

  I tried to upgrade from Ubuntu 24.10 to 25.04 and I just got a short
  error message with the command "ubuntu-bug ubuntu-release-upgrader-
  core" to run.

  The Upgrade proceeded afterwards like normal with the "Do you want to
  start the upgrade?" window.
