Public bug reported:
On startup, I see Framework and Ubuntu logos, a spinning wheel, then the
wheel stops and the screen goes black except for a mouse icon. Normal
boot-up screen only comes roughly 1 out of 10 times on restart. When
screen is black I can hit alt f2 to bring up a tiny login in the top
left corner but it doesn't recognize my account name/password. Only way
to log into my computer and use it as I'd like is to keep restarting
until I get lucky.
