  might be the same bug as
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-release-
  upgrader/+bug/2111256 but I do not know, so... here it is, I did not
  close the installation process that failed previously, it asked me if
  i wanted to continue, so i did... and here it failed again
