[Bug 2111412] [NEW] using sudo on ubuntu-bug (apport pkg) results in no output and status 0 (=success)

$ sudo ubuntu-bug apport; echo $?
0

i used that to avoid the GUI query for the current user. that worked so far
but no browser window popped up to continue with the submission to the UbuntuOne guarded server.

as the whole process did not complete as expected it further is mis-
leading to report a 0-status value.
