Public bug reported:

I ran `update-manager -c` to upgrade Ubuntu from 24.10 to 25.04.

After installing/upgrading packages, before asking about whether old
unused packages should be uninstalled, the updater vanished. This was
it's output on the terminal:

Unfortunately I can no longer reproduce this, as I now have upgraded my
system.
