Public bug reported:
Not sure if this is correct package to report but anyway:
After upgrading from 25.04 to 25.10, the desktop looked very broken -
black background and minimal gnome panel in bottom of screen.
After diagnosing I noticed all gnome extensions were disabled after the upgrade.
Enabling them from Extension Manager made the desktop look like it should (except missing background image).
The only non-standard extension I had was GSConnect. But even if it was
misbehaving, all other extensions should be forced to be enabled or
otherwise desktop becomes very broken. This was not easy to figure out
and average user would not have found the solution.
** Affects: ubuntu-release-upgrader (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: New
