  flash-kernel producing boot.scr on oracular

Status in flash-kernel package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The oracular images no longer include u-boot on the boot partition at
  all. However, flash-kernel is still producing a boot.scr artefact on
  each run. This means we won't be able to unseed u-boot-rpi as planned,
  unless this operation is fixed.

  Remove U-Boot-Script-Name from all relevant Raspberry Pi entries in
  the db.
