As duplicate bug says. make sure you have the headers package(s)
installed and try to install the modules again:

sudo apt install linux-headers-generic-hwe-24.04
sudo apt install --reinstall linux-modules-nvidia-580-6.14.0-35-generic

  the r6189 network driver is missing in 6.14.0-35 but is present in 6.14.33. When booting with the old kernel the interface works, when booting with 35 lsmod does not show r8169 and r8169.ko.zst is missing from
