[Bug 2131802] [NEW] Modernize the AppStream metadata

The currently used AppStream metadata file of software-properties-gtk is
ancient and won't work in the future. Please consider modernizing it a
little bit. See the attachment as an example (and feel free to use it).
Also consider adding a developer tag and a screenshot.
