Title:
  Stop recommending mousetweaks

Status in ubuntu-meta package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
mousetweaks is being removed from Debian and is unneeded in Ubuntu.

  https://bugs.debian.org/965345
  https://bugs.debian.org/1112394
  https://bugs.debian.org/1121283

Therefore, we need to stop recommending it.

I only looked through codesearch.debian.net, so Ubuntu Unity and
Ubuntu Kylin should verify that they aren't using mousetweaks.
