  apt full-upgrade aborts on assertion failure

Status in apt package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Running any of the following commands:

      apt full-upgrade
      apt dist-upgrade
      apt-get full-upgrade
      apt-get dist-upgrade

  crashes with the following assertion failure:

      apt-get: ./apt-pkg/solver3.cc:65: bool
  APT::Solver::CompareProviders3::operator()(APT::Solver::Var,
  APT::Solver::Var): Assertion `not va.end() && not vb.end()' failed.

  This is apt 3.1.6ubuntu2 arm64 on Ubuntu 25.10.

  I have the following repositories enabled in sources.list.d:
