Title:
ovmf 2024.02-2ubuntu0.6 broke UEFI network boot for VMs

Status in edk2 package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Ovmf update in Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS broke network boot functionality
  with UEFI

Booting VMs from network with UEFI enabled stopped working after
ovm-f2024.02-2ubuntu0.6 was installed. The virtual firmware does not
see virtio NIC at all and only boots from disk media.

Downgrading back to ovm-2024.02-2ubuntu0.4 fixes the problem.
