This bug was fixed in the package kdump-tools - 1:1.10.7ubuntu2

kdump-tools (1:1.10.7ubuntu2) questing; urgency=medium

  * use `uname -m` instead of `uname -p` for compatibility with
    rust-coreutils. (LP: #2122648)

Bug description:
  On Raspberry Pi running Questing daily:

  $ uname -p
  unknown

  Should return aarch64.

  On Noble:

  $ uname -p
  aarch64
