  [FFe] apt history-{list,info} as an easter egg

Status in apt package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  We just landed the `history-info` and `history-list` features (no
  documentation yet), since they are standalone features that don't
  interact with the rest and hence have no regression potential, I'm
  wondering if we want to surprise users by including them as an easter
  egg.

  We'd turn off the short description for the commands so they don't
  appear in the help output so users can discover it by trial and error
  or word of mouth like `apt moo` our easter egg.
