Title:
  [Ubuntu 24.04.3- HWE]Unable to deploy OS with HWE Kernel on servers

Bug description:
  OS is unable to deploy by selecting HWE kernel during OS installation
  .

  Build - ubuntu-24.04.3-live-server-amd64

  Steps to reproduce :

  1.Mount Ubuntu 24.04.3 OS ISO image via ILO virtual media
  2.Boot the OS from one time boot menu .
  3.Select OS installation with HWE Kernel
  4.Without giving proxy proceed to next steps . Select storage disk for installation
  5.Provide ubuntu username and password
  6.Select SSH enable and proceed for next steps ,
  7.Once the packages are start installing , popup is displaying showing error "problem completing the installation" . PFA

  Expected Result : Ubuntu OS install should complete without prompting
  any error .

  Note - with/without giving proxy OS is not deploying .
         Issue also seen on DL380 Gen10 Plus

  Server - DL365 Gen10 Plus ,
  ILO - 3.10 Dec 12 2024
  ROM - A42 v3.50 (12/06/2024)
  CPU- AMD EPYC 7313 16-Core Processor

  Note -

  Issue also seen on DL380 Gen10 PLus -

  CPU - Intel(R) Xeon(R) Gold 6346 CPU @ 3.10GHz
