Bug description:
LVM and encryption I believe has been flaky failing for a few days. I
haven't run into this issue consistently, but in my testing today, it
occurred 2/3 times. It seems there's a race condition somewhere, as
that 1 time out of three, I entered my passphrase and booted into the
  desktop environment successfully.

However, in my limited experience, if the FIRST reboot after
installation fails with this error, rebooting the VM doesn't help, and
  the issue repeats.

I have attached a screenshot of the issue as well as the entire
  /var/log/* directory to help debugging.
