Tested with 25.10 server RC. The installation media is not offered as a
target for guided partitioning.

Note that the logic to determine which device is the installation media
has known limitations. When using Ventoy, for instance, the installation
media is not properly detected, and therefore is still offered for
guided partitioning.

Bug description:
  I tried to install http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily-
  live/20250408/plucky-live-server-riscv64.iso on a StarFive VisionFive
  2 board with eMMC. Curtin failed with:

                   ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
          OSError: [Errno 16] Device or resource busy: '/dev/mmcblk1p3'
