Id still like to hear about this if possible. I can probably get to this
during the week but I will only pick it up if it is not completed by
anyone else as I have more items related to the opening of RR to do on
my end.

  Several tools rely on the `distro-info` package to tell them which releases are available.
  This package just contains data, with no format changes.

  Minimal, as long as we are only adding new entries (we do this every
  release).

  * "ubuntu-distro-info --devel --fullname" should name the release in
  full: Ubuntu 26.04 "Resolute Raccoon"
