Title:
Ensure piboot-try validate done before motd displays

Status in flash-kernel package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The piboot-try validation (which moves new->current) may (esp. on
slower models or those using auto-login) occur after login, in which
case the motd warning may indicate the next boot will be a double when
it will not. Ensure validation service runs *before* getty.target to
  avoid this.
