Based on this output in VarLogDistupgradeAptlog.txt:

It appears you have installed Python from the deadsnakes PPA at some
point. In addition to removing the apt sources configuration for this
PPA, you need to manually remove the versions installed from that PPA,
and install supported versions from the official Ubuntu archive instead.
