  coreutils-from-uutils causes errors with laravel installer

Status in coreutils-from package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Hello there,

  I experienced a error while trying to use ```laravel new``` tool.
  After installing all dependencies of it and trying to use ```laravel
  new``` returns ```stty: invalid argument '4500:5:f00bf:8a3b.......```
  as ```4500:5:f00bf:8a3b...``` is return of my stty config (it returns
  the same thing with stty -g).

  after disabling protection of ```coreutils-from-uutils``` and
  reinstalling old coreutils with ```sudo apt install coreutils rust-
  coreutils- coreutils-from-uutils-``` it finally works again.

  and the return of my stty -g

  It looks like im not alone on this one and it probably happens in other TUIs too
