Rats. amdtee is supposed to be provided by amd64-microcode, even in
Noble. There are updated packages in the security proposed PPA [1] but
they never made it into the archive. I'll chase it down.

Bug description:
  I noticed on a system running linux-firmware
  20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.14 amdtee is working properly:

  $ dpkg -l | grep linux-firmware

  ii  linux-firmware
  20240318.git3b128b60-0ubuntu2.14         amd64        Firmware for
  Linux kernel drivers

  $ dpkg -L linux-firmware| grep tee

  /lib/firmware/amdtee
  /lib/firmware/amdtee/773bd96f-b83f-4d52-b12dc529b13d8543.bin.zst
  /lib/firmware/amdtee/amd_pmf_v3.bin.zst
  ------------

  However since upgrading past that the amdtee firmware has disappeared.
  This breaks amd-pmf.

  $ dpkg -L linux-firmware | grep tee

  Looking for related bugs I found

  So I looked and I don't see anything in amd64-microcode either.
