Bug description:
  snapd-extra-utils fails to build in resolute.

  This is also seen in the failing autopkgtests

  The build succeeds in questing but fails if built with golang-defaults 2:1.25~1. 

  By the way, to the golang-defaults uploader, please use an Ubuntu version number in debian/changelog if you're modifying a package from Debian.
