  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hello,
  I am trying to upgrade to Ubuntu 25.04 from 24.10.

  I am doing

  As you can see, I get a time out when trying to retrieve the Release
  Announcement

  I tried to access it directly with my browser and managed to see it without any difficulty.
  What may be wrong?
