We had quite a few outages this weekend resulting in slow or unavailable
servers for archive and mirrors. The IS team is currently looking and
have rolled out some fixes.
This ticket will be updated once we have everything back online and performing normally.
Meanwhile I'm marking this public as its global and well known now.
