  * Add workaround to make wireplumber user service wait for
    camera readiness (LP: #2122049)
  * Mark conflict with ubuntu-x13s-settings-nogrub

Bug description:
  There are plans to switch to dracut by default which would break our
  hooks and config to include additional modules and firmware files.
  Currently this only works with initramfs-tools and laptops might not
  be able to boot without.
