Before do-release-upgrade on 22.04, I don't think I have pipewire
installed from a third-party PPA.
If I could find the ppa, I believe I would do `sudo ppa-purge <ppa:ppaowner>[/ppaname].
However, I don't know how I would find the offending third-party ppa package.

Bug description:
After installing ubuntu-desktop and doing sudo apt full-upgrade, the
system upgrade still fails.
