[Bug 2124970] Re: live-build does not support dracut (depends on initramfs-tools)

This bug may be invalid.  Looking at the desktop minimal and standard
layers I see dracut installed, as expected.  Now does live-build still
need to depend on initramfs-tools?  that might be an interesting
question, but I don't think it's blocking for the ongoing dracut
transition.
