[Bug 2125136] [NEW] Installer doesn't offer to delete and replace Ubuntu with encrypted LVM

During beta testing I noticed that after installing Ubuntu in an
encrypted lvm setup it won't offer an option to remove the existing
installation and reinstall Ubuntu. Only the option to wipe the entire
disk is offered.
