[Bug 2125488] [NEW] update-v3d-config degrades systemd status

Public bug reported:

On questing, specifically under the 6.17 kernel currently in proposed,
update-v3d-config fails. This is because it's expecting a single
"Revision" line in /proc/cpuinfo where multiple now exist (one per
processor core; this latter change does seem to fix the CPU reporting in
gnome-control-center though, \o/). We should probably be using something
less subject to change like /proc/device-tree/system/linux,revision
instead.
