It appears this is due to distro.id switching to lower case and then
used in "%s Software" formatting. The switch to lower case is mentioned
in /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/aptsources/distro.py

  In Software & Updates, the first tab has broken capitalization:
  'ubuntu Software' when it should say 'Ubuntu Software' like it does in
