O meu portátil AORUS 16X com DualBoot carrega normalmente até 100% em
Windows, mas no Ubuntu o carregamento fica limitado nos 60%(watch -n 5
cat /sys/class/power_supply/BAT1/capacity). Nos registos (dmesg) o
sistema identifica o adaptador AC como off-line, mesmo estando ligado, e
a bateria fica em estado Not charging. Isto indica que não se trata de
problema físico da bateria nem do carregador, mas sim de uma falha na
comunicação ACPI entre o kernel Linux e o controlador embutido (EC). A
BIOS já está atualizada e não existe firmware de bateria separado no
site da Gigabyte.
