I tried installing spotify-client using their sources, in Ubuntu 25.04
and it does not work.

In Xubuntu 24.04, it works.

I tried running it with gdb, the message is the same:

The message “libayatana-appindicator is deprecated. Please use
libayatana-appindicator-glib in newly written code. Instruction non
permise” is found in many places on the web.

There is no package "libayatana-appindicator-glib" available in the
repositories.

Who could fix it?
