CRYPTTAB_OPTION_keyscript can be used to specify an askpass replacement.

Title:
cryptsetup allows entry of password only on one input device

Status in cryptsetup package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I have used https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-server/daily-
  live/pending/questing-live-server-riscv64.iso and virt-manager to
  install a virtual machine.

By default cryptsetup expects the password on the serial console.
If I add `console=ttyS0 console=tty1` to the Linux command line the password entry is only available on the video console.

My expectation is that the password entry is possible on all consoles.
