These are from a different machine with the same symptoms. One upgrade
failed, and then I installed systemd-coredump (removing apport-code-
dump-handler) and the next upgrade succeeds.

Title:
  apport-core-dump-handler prevents dist-upgrade

Status in update-manager package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I've upgraded a series of Kubuntu focal/jammy machines to the resolute
BETA. Each time update-manager has failed with a cryptic "Unable to
calculate the upgrade, you have held broken packages". Sometimes it
mentions go-mtpfs but this is unrelated to this bug.

  Installing systemd-coredump (and [auto-]removing apport-core-dump-
handler) solves the problem and the update completes without issue.
