[Bug 2147376] [NEW] [X1E] Kernel stacktraces in clk_branch_toggle on Medion 14 S1 Elite

Public bug reported:

Copying a paragraph from an earlier bugreport: I have downloaded a
recent Ubuntu Concept (resolute, 20260326) ISO and am attempting to boot
my MEDION 14 S1 Elite from that image.

During system boot, at least three separate stacktraces related to a
clk_branch_toggle function are emitted.

Please find attached my manual transcription of the stacktraces.  NB:
there may be a few typos, sorry - if any details are particularly
important, I can go back and double-check those in the photos I took of
the output.
