This was fixed upstream in 0.6.0 without any Ubuntu patches. IIUC, the
feature that was enabled upstream should have solved this issue, but it
seems that there is still something missing.

Bug description:
  The `who` and `pinky` utilities need to be ported from the - I believe
  - utmp database to talk to `systemd-logind`:
