[Bug 2146818] Re: `who -b` not working

For some reason the debug binary that we get when run cargo build --all-
features work, the one in target/debug, works as should, but the binary
we generate with the package, the one in target/release, doesn't.

  `who -b` isn't working in Ubuntu 26.04. It doesn't print anything.

  $ who -b

  $ gnuwho -b
           system boot  2026-03-30 10:56
