Marked INVALID as details provided show a system where updates have not
yet been applied (ie. support was needed), but primarily comment #2

  I was unable to upgrade from 22.4LTS to 24.4LTS

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I am having extreme difficulty upgrading to the latest Ubuntu LTS
  version

  I have below info inside /etc/apt/source.d
