  * test: check Python code in debian/package-hooks if present
  * Add Pre-Depends to apport-core-dump-handler
  * Update debian/watch to version 5
  * Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4
  * Remove redundant Priority: optional and Rules-Requires-Root: no
  * autopkgtest:
    - run system UI tests separately
    - split tests that need Internet access into system-tests-internet
  * apport: depend on python3-systemd when using systemd-coredump (LP: #2139266)

Bug description:
  The Apport 2.34.0 will contain new features and bug fixes. These new
  features haven't been applied as patches yet:

  report: Collect open file descriptors in crash reports (bug #2143109)
  https://github.com/canonical/apport/pull/555
  -> will help in debugging

  feat: add ui parameter to all add_info functions
  https://github.com/canonical/apport/pull/561
  -> makes stack traces on crashes easier to read

  feat: disable Launchpad crash reports for stable Ubuntu release
  https://github.com/canonical/apport/pull/567
  -> no need for uploads before and after the releases any more!

  The new and change code is covered by test cases. So the test plan is
  to see that the autopkgtest test are green (except for the failing
  ones due to bug #2116119).
