  * uutils:
    - Reinstate chown and chmod links (LP: #2146312).
    - Remove b3sum (LP: #2127231).
  * d/control: Add libdigest-sha3-perl << 1.05-1ubuntu3 to Break and
    replace to accommodate the bug fix for LP: #2137443.
