  casper md5sum reports that only eltorito.img is mismatched

Status in livecd-rootfs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  recent amd64 server ISOs such as 20260402 shows a mismatch only on
  ./boot/grub/i386-pc/eltorito.img, where all other files are fine

  I see in livecd-rootfs we do an explicit copy step on eltorito.img,
  and as far as I can tell that does actually run before the md5sum.txt
  generation.

  grub-pc-bin_2.14-2ubuntu2_amd64.deb contains
  1351c46fcecbb024585dcc76319922b3  ./usr/lib/grub/i386-pc/eltorito.img

  md5sum.txt actually says this, so matching
  1351c46fcecbb024585dcc76319922b3  ./boot/grub/i386-pc/eltorito.img

  eltorito.img on the iso has the md5sum
  ad194086c22ca4e20d23ed40e559480d

  the two files have the following diff
