Hey, my slightly odd/battered UX3407QA is now up and installed:

  Model name:                Oryon
    BIOS Model name:         Snapdragon(R) X - X126100 - Qualcomm(R) Oryon(TM) CPU 460 CPU @ 3.2GHz
[    0.000000] Machine model: ASUS Zenbook A14 (UX3407QA, LCD)
[    0.020119] DMI: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ASUS Zenbook A14 UX3407QA_UX3407QA/UX3407QA, BIOS UX3407QA.308 03/12/2025

The oddness is that it's actually the OLED model, but came with a completely broken display; I 'replaced' it with an eDP->HDMI adapter which the BIOS is happy with, but Linux blackscreens.
(16GB RAM version)
root at dragon:/home/dg# lspci

0006:01:00.0 Non-Volatile memory controller: Micron Technology Inc 2500 NVMe SSD (DRAM-less) (rev 01)

512GB NVMe.
Currently on a Kensington D1500 USB-C -> dock which uses the AX88179 ether and it works nicely.

Not tried adding firmware yet; which I've extracted from the zips (since
it came with a blanked NVMe, so no windows). Although since the lid is
currently entirely detached not got wifi/bt aerials or camera currently
plugged in :-)

  Initial support for Asus Zenbook A14. Particular moddel exists
  in X1-26-100, X1P-42-100 (UX3407QA) and X1E-78-100 (UX3407RA).

  Mostly similar to other X1-based laptops. Notable differences are:
  * Wifi/Bluetooth combo being Qualcomm FastConnect 6900 on UX3407QA
    and Qualcomm FastConnect 7800 on UX3407RA
  * USB Type-C retimers are Parade PS8833, appear to behave identical
    to Parade PS8830
  * gpio90 is TZ protected

  Working:
  * Keyboard
  * Touchpad
  * NVME
  * Lid switch
  * Camera LED
  * eDP (FHD OLED, SDC420D) with brightness control
  * Bluetooth, WiFi (WCN6855)
  * USB Type-A port
  * USB Type-C ports in USB2/USB3/DP (both orientations)
  * aDSP/cDPS firmware loading, battery info
  * Sleep/suspend, nothing visibly broken on resume

  Out of scope of this series:
  * Audio (Speakers/microphones/headphone jack)
  * Camera (OmniVision OV02C10)
  * HDMI (Parade PS185HDM)
  * EC

  UX3407QA with X1/X1P comes with different WLAN, which requires additional firmware patching, short guide:
  https://github.com/alexVinarskis/linux-x1e80100-zenbook-a14?tab=readme-ov-file#wcn688x-wifi

  Currently tested on UX3407QA with X1-26-100, FHD OLED.
