Bug description:
  [ Impact ]

  Nezha D1 and LicheeRV use file boot.env to store boot variables but
  cannot write on ext4 file system. The file should be stored on the
  ESP.

  A U-Boot looks for the first bootable partition we must ensure that
  only the ESP is detected as bootable via its partition type. The root
  partition should not be marked as bootable.

  Build Generic, the Nezha and the LicheeRV images.

  Check that env save is usable on the Nezha and the LicheeRV and
  creates file boot.env on the ESP.

  Check that all boards boot.

  [ Where problems could occur ]

  We might mess up the partition definitions leading to build or boot
  failure.

  [ Other Info ]

  Nezha D1 and LicheeRV do not implement the RVA23 ISA and therefore are
  only supported up to Ubuntu 24.04.
