  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This commit from 2.1.1
  https://github.com/fwupd/fwupd/commit/e7683a4fff5e010650395ce392e1bfc113b3fea4
  caused a regression that Algotek is probing hardware it shouldn't.
  This can cause problems with some USB devices.

  It's fixed with: https://github.com/fwupd/fwupd/pull/10171.  This
  should get pulled in.
