I am going to remove the openjdk-25-jvmci-jdk binaries for resolute. 26
and 27 are not in the resolute release pocket, so there is no need to
remove these now.

With the tomorrow's release date for resolute, we can't rebuild the
packages anymore, so just remove the binaries from the release pocket,
so we don't have to maintain the jvmci build for the 26.04 support time.

Bug description:
  We have been building a JVMCI JDK binary since openjdk-24 (for amd64
  only), primarily because it serves as a build-dependency for the
  GraalVM JDK snap [1]. Last year, Oracle Inc. announced the detachment
  of GraalVM from the Java ecosystem train [2]. While the implications
  for the oracle/graal open-source project are not completely understood
  at the moment, the Graal project will likely create its own JVMCI
  binaries going forward [3].

  I therefore propose we discontinue building this binary for
  openjdk-25+ [4] and remove it from the archive
