Public bug reported:

Xubuntu RC install

QA test install to
- hp dc7700 (c2d-e6320, 8gb, amd/ati rv610/radeon hd2400 pro/xt)

Manual Partitioning installing; Lubuntu had been installed previously,
full disk followed by install-alongside, so two installs, I just
selected one of those partitions for this actual install & started
install installs)

** problem

On completion of install & accepting to reboot, screens go black and box
just sits there

** expected result

I was told the install had completed & I selected to reboot so I expect
it to reboot.

If it wants me to eject media; I should get told to do so

** actual result

I got black screens and it sat there, 10 minutes later I still had 2
black monitors and the machine is doing NOTHING...

On pressing ENTER it does reboot; but I should be told to press enter
instead of getting only 2x black monitors forever

( this has been reported on prior releases & was marked as RESOLVED;
it's not)
